1. Subscription Acknowledgment

Once payment is successfully completed, customers will receive a confirmation message.

Please note: Deliveries will begin three working days after payment is received.

2. Meal Plan Overview

• Classic Menu and Chef’s Choice are designed based on the following average daily calorie targets:
  • Approx. 1,200 calories/day for females
  • Approx. 1,500 calories/day for males
• If these calorie levels do not meet your dietary needs, we recommend choosing the Custom Fit plan for a fully personalized experience.

3. Subscription Meal Selection

• Customers must select meals for the full duration of their subscription.
• A minimum of 5 days of meal choices should be submitted when starting.
• Final meal selections must be completed at least 3 days before the delivery start date.
• If selections are not submitted on time, Boxford will assign meals automatically without prior notice or follow-up.
